The collection, Anima, will explore the foundations of the work by the designer, its core, and its soul. dʼAngelino Tap moulds and drapes the materials using the art and craft he accumulated, to shed a new light on the basic principles he has been using over the past twentyfive years of his career. Slitting and gathering make the rectangular materials into avant-garde garments that are beyond time and trend. Innovation is a crucial aspect of his work. Rather than reinventing fashion every season Peter George only tends to show collections if he has something essential to add to his repertoire. He feels fashion should develop by innovation not by repetition. In this you can recognize the spirit of this extraordinary designer.
